Why This Role is Valuable
The Senior Associate, People Technology plays a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption and optimization of Workday across Revantage, supporting over 1,400 employees nationwide. This role is instrumental in supporting training and change management initiatives that empower HR teams and end users to effectively leverage Workday’s capabilities. Partnering closely with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams, this position focuses on developing and delivering targeted training programs, creating user-friendly documentation, and leading change management strategies that align with business goals. The Senior Associate will assess user needs, identify knowledge gaps, and design scalable learning solutions to enhance system proficiency and user confidence.

What We Offer:
Base Compensation Range:
$95,000.00 To $115,000.00. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
Benefits: The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
