Responsibilities
- Verify vendor legitimacy including contracts, invoices, W-9s, and supporting documents
- Maintain vendor profiles in accounting systems and payment solutions
- Receive, process, verify, and reconcile invoices daily
- Assign bills to correct GL accounts and cost centers
- Assist with month-end AP accrual procedures and reporting
- Track and issue 1099 reports
- Support annual and ad-hoc financial audits
- Continuously improve payment processes and controls
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field preferred
