Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Talent Acquisition team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent acquisition strategies and workforce needs.
- Collaborate with TA leadership and peer leaders for strategic workforce solutions and continuous service improvement.
- Align recruitment strategies with WelbeHealth’s business and growth objectives.
- Obtain and analyze client feedback to proactively improve TA services and resolve escalations.
- Develop data-driven approaches to measure KPIs and outcomes for TA team performance.
- Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational design in assigned areas.
- Manage change and communication related to organizational transformation.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required or commitment to obtain within three years.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications preferred (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
