Since 2018, Wisp has been on a mission to put healthcare back in patients’ hands. We connect patients with hassle-free sexual + reproductive care online, with discreet and convenient treatment that saves them time, money, and stress. Our goal is to empower everyone to make the decisions about their health that are right for them. We’ve scaled quickly, serving patients across the nation and becoming part of the WELL Health family—and now we want you.
We are a growing, fully-remote team in the United States looking for collaborators who are committed to our mission, passionate about results, eager to build something amazing, and excited to have high levels of ownership, accountability, and personal growth.
This is a part-time, remote role (~25 hours/week) with the potential to grow in scope. We're looking for someone who can take ownership within their lane while collaborating closely with a small but mighty team. If you're eager to make a positive impact in the world of sexual and reproductive health, and you possess the skills and qualities outlined above, we'd love to hear from you! Join us at Wisp, where you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to transforming healthcare for all.
What You’ll Do:
As a Social Media Associate at Wisp, you won’t just schedule posts—you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping how we show up online. From influencer collaborations to community building and content ideation, you’ll help us connect with our audience in smart, bold, and creative ways. Key responsibilities include:
Sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and execution of influencer campaigns
Uploading content, writing captions, and maintaining the posting schedule
Monitoring and regular reporting of social media metrics to identify trends and opportunities
Actively engaging with our community on Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit
Crafting engaging content for Instagram Stories and TikTok
This Role Could Be a Good Fit for You If:
You have 2-4 years of experience in social media management or influencer marketing, with a track record of creating engaging content and growing audiences.
You’re not afraid to pitch fresh ideas, hop on trends, or brainstorm new ways to engage our community.
You’re organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
You have strong community management skills, regularly engaging with comments, responding in brand voice, and identifying industry-relevant content and conversations to participate in.
You’re passionate about sexual and reproductive health and excited to contribute to a mission-driven company like Wisp.
You’re data-driven, with the ability to analyze social media metrics and use insights to inform strategies.
You’re skilled in video content creation and comfortable being on camera.
Familiarity with tools like Later, Canva, Meltwater, and Grin is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn new platforms and jump in where needed is essential.
