As a Professional Services Account Manager, you will be the strategic owner of our most important advisory firm relationships. You are a unique blend of GRC expert, trusted consultant, and commercial leader, responsible for driving both deep adoption and significant revenue expansion. You will be the crucial bridge between the world’s top advisory firms and Zania’s cutting-edge AI, ensuring our technology becomes indispensable to how they deliver assurance and GRC services.
This role requires ~50% travel (mostly domestic US) and is based in our Palo Alto, CA office. We offer relocation assistance.
Drive Strategic Adoption: Orchestrate the flawless deployment of Zania within initial use cases, building success playbooks and ROI narratives that embed our AI into the core of each partner’s delivery model.
Own Commercial Expansion: Map each firm’s service portfolio to identify and execute high-value expansion plays, owning the forecasting and close of all add-on revenue.
Land and Expand New Use Cases: Run strategic pilots to introduce Zania’s AI into new practice areas, codifying the delivery patterns needed to scale them successfully.
Be the Voice of the Partner: Translate partner feedback into structured insights for our Product and Engineering teams, ensuring our roadmap is aligned with their most critical needs.
Lead the charge with a Big Four partner to deploy Zania's SOC 2 automation agent across their West Coast practice, defining the success playbook and hitting adoption targets in the first 90 days.
Develop and execute a strategic account plan for a key firm, identifying three new practice areas for expansion (e.g., Privacy, IT Risk) and closing the first add-on deal within six months.
Pilot a new ERP system assessment agent with a top-tier advisory partner, codifying the delivery model and co-authoring the case study used to launch it globally.
Turn a successful regional practice into a global champion by presenting their ROI and success story at an executive business review, securing them as a speaker for our annual customer summit.
Hybrid Experience: A background as a Senior Manager or experienced Manager at a Big Four (or Top-10) firm leading IT-audit or GRC engagements, plus 2-3 years in a post-sales CSM or Account Management role at a SaaS company.
Deep GRC Acumen: You have a deep grasp of security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.) and how advisory firms monetize them.
Executive Credibility: You are a proven commercial leader, comfortable consulting at the Partner level while remaining credible with technical delivery staff.
Passion for AI in GRC: You can translate the magic of cutting-edge AI into measurable business value and a compelling vision for the future of assurance.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
