Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager- East

Cresta is an AI-driven platform revolutionizing contact centers by combining human intelligence and machine learning to enhance customer interactions. The company is seeking a seasoned Strategic Customer Success Manager to drive high-value client relationships, lead strategic initiatives, and deliver measurable business outcomes through renewal, expansion, and innovation.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling presentations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage complex processes and multiple stakeholders.
  • Autonomous and self-sufficient in data analysis, software configuration, and quickly learning new skills.
  • Ability to engage in difficult conversations and back recommendations with data.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% and work flexible hours in EST-PST time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Foster strategic relationships with customers as a trusted advisor and develop success plans aligned with customer goals.
  • Continuously analyze and enhance the customer journey to improve the experience and product adoption.
  • Drive stakeholder mapping and engagement strategies to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Lead renewal and expansion efforts to maximize product value and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Track key Customer Success metrics and use data insights to guide decisions and improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Manage accounts with regular meetings and quarterly business reviews.
  • Advocate customer needs in product roadmap discussions and internal planning.
  • Build and configure Cresta products for customers enabling their self-sufficiency.
