This is a full-time, direct placement role at Frank M. Booth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide clients with superior, quality customer service
• Generate revenue by developing potential service accounts through forecasting, qualification, lead generation, and closing accounts.
• Identify market potential by qualifying accounts
• Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, and understanding customer account needs and requirements
• Closes sales by building rapport with potential customers, explaining all product and service capabilities
• Recommends new products and services based on understanding of customers’ needs
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
• Assist with marketing and any other pertinent sales information
Job Specifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• HVAC Construction or Service Sales Industry experience
• Sales experience focused on new accounts
• Strong organizational, presentation, prospecting, and closing skills
• Detail Orientated

• High school diploma or GED required, experience in service sales preferred
