Performance Marketing Manager (Total Comp $100-120k)

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be the engine behind our digital growth strategy—crafting, executing, and refining multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads for our high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy & Execution
  Plan and launch high-impact campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, and social platforms to drive measurable results.
• Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
  Identify and attract top-of-funnel prospects, then guide them through the buyer journey with strategic touchpoints and nurture sequences.
• Data & Performance Analytics
  Monitor KPIs, conversion metrics, and ROI across all campaigns. Use insights to iterate and improve performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Align closely with the sales, creative, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts are driving real revenue outcomes.
• Content Strategy
  Partner with the team to develop engaging assets—landing pages, email flows, paid ad creative, and lead magnets.
• Marketing Technology & Tools
  Leverage automation platforms (like HubSpot or Marketo) and CRM systems to track engagement, campaign attribution, and lifecycle performance.
• Market & Trend Awareness
  Stay on top of the latest performance marketing tactics, tools, and algorithm updates across Google, Meta, and more.

• Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000
• Bonus Opportunities: Performance-based bonuses tied to lead generation and campaign ROI
• Total Earning Potential: $100,000–$120,000+ annually for high performers

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand/performance roles
• Proven track record managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and lead gen tactics
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
• Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.)
• Ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns for better performance
• Creative problem-solver with strong communication and project management skills
