Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end patient journey from onboarding to ongoing care management
- Optimize clinical workflows for providers and care teams
- Create and maintain scalable design systems ensuring consistency across the platform
- Establish interaction patterns to reduce cognitive load for users
- Develop scalable information architecture to support new features
- Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology or related field, or equivalent professional experience
