People Data & Systems Analyst
Skills
- Experience with HR systems reports and workflows, especially UKG BI.
- Proficient in HR data integration and management (e.g., Snowflake).
- Knowledge of HR data security and governance best practices.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Looker and Visier.
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for data management and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with People Ops to understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
- Provide analytical and reporting support for talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR metrics.
- Develop reports and dashboards and enable users on self-service data tools like Visier and UKG Business Intelligence.
- Ensure accuracy and accessibility of people data aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage documentation, access policies, validation rules, and audit processes to improve data usability.
- Collaborate with IT and Data teams to resolve data accessibility and quality issues.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Advanced degree is a plus.
