People Data & Systems Analyst

Angi is a leading home services platform connecting homeowners with skilled professionals. They seek a People Data & Systems Analyst to improve HR data infrastructure and deliver analytical support for people operations, helping solve business problems with accurate and actionable insights.

Skills

  • Experience with HR systems reports and workflows, especially UKG BI.
  • Proficient in HR data integration and management (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Knowledge of HR data security and governance best practices.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Looker and Visier.
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for data management and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with People Ops to understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Provide analytical and reporting support for talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR metrics.
  • Develop reports and dashboards and enable users on self-service data tools like Visier and UKG Business Intelligence.
  • Ensure accuracy and accessibility of people data aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage documentation, access policies, validation rules, and audit processes to improve data usability.
  • Collaborate with IT and Data teams to resolve data accessibility and quality issues.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Advanced degree is a plus.
