Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing recruiting team across Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Beneficial Deployments, and Sales Operations.
- Design and implement scalable recruiting strategies and structured interview processes aligned with the company’s mission.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand talent needs, advise on organizational design, compensation, and market trends.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout recruiting processes and decision-making.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, Compensation, and Recruiting Ops to ensure seamless candidate experience and strategic alignment.
- Develop and mentor recruiting team members using data and analytics to optimize recruiting strategies and demonstrate effectiveness.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
