Responsibilities: Analyze and improve benefits administration processes, manage vendor integrations, ensure compliance, and develop innovative benefits strategies to enhance talent attraction and retention.
Skills: Experience with benefits management, process design, automation, and vendor management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred, along with 8+ years of relevant experience and certifications like CEBS or CBP is a plus.
