Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new test and production processes to enhance efficiency and reliability without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with quality and design engineers to refine product test flows.
- Design and develop automated hardware and software test solutions for electronics.
- Write object-oriented Python software to control test equipment and spacecraft systems.
- Lead large test campaigns coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring smooth execution.
- Participate in debugging system-level and unit-level issues across inter-organizational teams.
- Assist in recruitment and hiring for the expanding integration team.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent technical degree.
