Director, Brand Services

Bloomerang is a leader in donor CRM software for nonprofits, known for its powerful tools and stellar customer service. We seek a strategic and innovative Director, Brand Services to lead and elevate our creative vision, overseeing brand materials and aligning creative initiatives with marketing goals within a mission-driven culture.

  • Experience with creative production from concept through final delivery.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and digital content creation tools.
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for content ideation and optimization.
  • Proven ability to mentor and upskill teams in generative AI adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic direction and timely delivery of high-quality creative and content initiatives.
  • Develop and implement innovative creative and content strategies to elevate brand presence.
  • Oversee design concepts ensuring alignment with company vision, values, and marketing objectives.
  • Manage creative development for brand materials including advertising, digital content, social media, video, and websites.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with VP of Brand Marketing to align creative deliverables with marketing strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, and Brand Communications teams.
  • Direct and mentor internal creative teams and external partners, fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Define editorial calendar and content plan to support company blogs, resource centers, and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on creative content performance using analytics and KPIs.
  • Manage multiple projects ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high standards.
  • Stay current on industry trends in creative design and digital content strategies.
  • Leverage generative AI tools for efficient creation of high-quality content across formats.
  • Guide team on ethical and strategic use of generative AI to improve quality and innovation.

Education

  • Typically requires Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields.
