They seek driven individuals to join their sales team as Outbound Business Representatives, focusing on generating new business opportunities and collaborating with various internal teams.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to self-start and stay motivated to meet sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales-ready meetings and qualified opportunities for Account Executives
  • Initiate outreach conversations with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Create strategic target account lists through territory research
  • Connect with potential clients via phone and email to understand their needs
  • Utilize Salesforce for lead management and metrics tracking
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with mid-market, enterprise sales, and marketing teams

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
