Outbound Business Representative

Box is a leader in Intelligent Content Management, empowering organizations with AI-powered content collaboration and lifecycle management. They seek motivated individuals for the Outbound Business Representative role to generate sales leads and build relationships, supporting their expanding sales team.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Mid-Market or Enterprise Account Executives using qualification criteria
  • Initiate exploratory conversations with key decision-makers at targeted accounts
  • Create strategic target account lists within a defined territory based on research
  • Connect with potential clients through initial outreach via phone and email, understanding their requirements
  • Utilize Salesforce for lead management and metrics tracking
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams

Education

  • No prior experience required
  • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in sales or business development
