Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day accounts payable transactions including invoice entry, classification, and verification.
- Maintain and update vendor banking details, addresses, and payment terms.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist in preparation and analysis of year-end 1099 forms for vendors.
- Manage corporate expense reports and reconcile related accounts.
- Analyze accounts payable data for trends and issues and communicate with spend owners and vendors.
- Support internal and external audits related to accounts payable.
- Assist Finance/Operations team with ad hoc tasks and regular procurement updates.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
