We’re looking for a Growth Operations Lead to be the backbone of our go-to-market engine — owning the systems, workflows, and infrastructure that drive revenue growth.
This is a high visibility and extremely cross-functional role where you’ll touch all parts of the business. You will own sales enablement at Gyde and, therefore, be responsible for building durable processes, identifying inefficiencies in the sales cycle, and taking the initiative to fix them - whether through automation, tooling, or process redesign. Furthermore, you will own our sales and marketing infrastructure and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across our CRMs. Additionally, you will always be hunting for new lead sources and lead capture mechanisms and own the integration into our CRMs, all while maintaining the highest level of data integrity. Most importantly, you will drive Gyde’s go-to-market cross-functional execution by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product/Engineering teams. You will lead strategy alignment, build project plans to ensure forward momentum across initiatives, and develop dashboards to monitor performance and report on key metrics.
The ideal candidate has a strong process mindset and an ability to design scalable, repeatable systems. You’re an analytical thinker who can move between strategy and execution seamlessly. You love working cross-functionally and you’re comfortable leading initiatives independently. You have hands-on experience with sales and marketing tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Webflow, and Google Analytics. You’re a problem solver and thrive when needing to leverage your creative side to get past obstacles.
What you’ll do:
Build, maintain, and optimize Gyde’s sales enablement processes and workflows
Implement efficient and effective workflows across our Sales CRMs
Identify opportunities to accelerate the sales process and take the initiative to build, create, or optimize
Support lead qualification processes along with our M&A due diligence
Lead successful rollouts of new functionality and processes by developing training and documenting playbooks
Build, maintain, and optimize Gyde’s sales and marketing infrastructure
Own the administration of our CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, etc.)
Source and integrate with lead sources (e.g., Openmart, Clay, etc.) and consistently drive towards having the highest integrity lead data within our CRMs
Support the set up and ongoing maintenance of our marketing stack (e.g., Webflow, Google Analytics, etc.)
Manage vendor relationships and related budgets
Lead and report on Gyde’s go-to-market cross-functional workstream
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product / Engineering to develop a go-to-market strategy and project plan
Implement tracking and build dashboards to highlight progress to key metrics
What we’re looking for:
+2 years of experience working in go-to-market strategy and operations
BA/BS degree (MS is a plus)
Proven cross-functional leadership skills, particularly across Sales, Marketing, and Product
Strong technical ability and experience working with sales engagement software and CRMs
Thrives in data-driven environments and consistently finds ways to leverage data to inform the business
Action and results oriented, and self-motivated, with demonstrated ability to proactively problem solve
Adapts to changing circumstances, identifies business opportunities for the organization, and implements solutions
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
Terrific verbal and written communication skills
Comfort with ambiguity; ability to be flexible in a rapidly changing environment
