Responsibilities
- Maintain CRM data accuracy, create reports and dashboards, and provide Salesforce training and troubleshooting.
- Support sales and business development through meeting follow-ups, action tracking, and event coordination.
- Manage internal RFP and proposal workflows ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Provide general administrative support to improve team coordination and operational efficiency.
- Manage inbound leads and assist with lead research and competitor benchmarking.
Education
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
