Responsibilities
- Build and manage a book of 25-30 enterprise accounts as a trusted advisor
- Ensure customer value expectations are met and aligned from onboarding
- Advise customers on priorities and track KPIs to maturity and success
- Drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and health scores
- Lead customer Business Reviews and proactively mitigate risks
- Drive renewal negotiations and close contracts with strategic customers
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and GTM teams
- Travel approximately 25% annually for onsite customer meetings
