Responsibilities
- Serve as Workday HCM subject matter expert across all modules
- Design and maintain Workday architecture and roadmap aligned with HR and business goals
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to deliver integrated Workday solutions
- Lead implementations, module rollouts, and technical enhancements
- Develop architectural standards, governance, and best practices
- Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations
- Oversee end-to-end Workday projects and system updates
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, SOX, and regulatory standards
- Define role-based security models and manage system configuration changes
- Manage vendor and consultant engagements for Workday deliverables
- Provide ongoing platform support, troubleshooting, and user training
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
