Core Abilities

  • Build and mentor a recruiting team that understands both technical excellence and cultural fit

  • Partner with engineering leadership to understand both technical requirements and cultural nuances

What You Will Own

  • End-to-end technical recruiting function from strategy to execution

  • Building and leading a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators

  • Full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, design, and technical leadership roles

  • Developing innovative sourcing strategies to find builders who think differently

  • Creating assessment processes that identify both technical excellence and cultural alignment

  • Partnering with leadership on strategic hiring plans and candidate experience optimization

  • Establishing recruiting metrics and reporting that reflect both quantity and quality outcomes
