Manager, HRBP, Engineering

Twilio, a leading cloud communications platform, is seeking a Manager, HRBP, Engineering to partner with senior engineering leaders to develop bold talent strategies, workforce planning, and culture initiatives that empower high-performing teams in a remote-first environment.

  • Develop and manage high-ROI programs across organizational design, workforce planning, and culture.
  • Partner closely with Centers of Excellence to align functional talent strategies with broader HR programs.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor with strong confidentiality and executive coaching skills.
  • Utilize deep understanding of engineering organizations to influence talent and organizational outcomes.
  • Model and promote Twilio's core values ('Twilio Magic').
