Responsibilities
- Participate in weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers and stakeholders to track progress
- Conduct approximately 5 interviews daily
- Strategically source 50-100+ candidates per week aiming for a 20%+ response rate
- Utilize job ads, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter to build an outstanding talent pipeline
