Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and employees on HR strategies and organizational design.
- Design and implement learning and development initiatives including manager training and career development frameworks.
- Lead performance management cycles, coaching, and build a high-accountability culture.
- Manage sensitive employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and change management.
- Develop and optimize core HR programs such as onboarding, engagement, and recognition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, IT, and business units to balance risk and priorities.
- Use HR data and metrics to influence decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
Education
- Relevant HR certifications preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
- Applicable degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is typical.
