Immigration Account Executive Overview:

We’re rapidly growing our Immigration division, and we’re looking for driven, people-focused Account Executives to help take it to the next level.

As an Immigration Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding prospective clients through one of the most important and stressful journeys of their lives. You’ll be backed by a pipeline of eager leads, an all-star legal team, and a supportive leadership group invested in your success. This is a chance to grow fast, earn big, and leave your mark on something that truly matters.

This opportunity also includes:

  • Dedicated lead pipeline & growth opportunities!
  • Hybrid Schedule: Working remotely Monday & Friday and in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
  • Salary: $45,000 base salary with a lucrative uncapped commission plan (OTE: $70,000+)

What you’ll do:

  • Make Your Mark: Manage a steady pipeline of warm and hot immigration leads. Reach out, build trust, and guide clients toward solutions with clarity and care.
  • Solve Problems, Win Deals: Identify each client’s unique situation and offer tailored immigration support, in collaboration with our legal experts.
  • Help Scale the Division: Share feedback, ideas, and improvements as we expand. You’ll play a key role in shaping how this team operates and grows.
  • Conquer Your Targets: Consistently exceed quotas and help drive rapid growth in this critical business area.
  • Collaborate and Win Together: Partner with attorneys and client success teams to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional service.
  • Stay Sharp: Use Salesforce and sales best practices to track progress, refine your pitch, and optimize your workflow.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–3 years in a sales or client-facing role (immigration or legal experience is a plus but not required).
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial energy—comfortable with change, fast growth, and creative problem-solving.
  • Driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Comfort working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
