- Manage territory planning and quota-setting processes supporting rapid sales team expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Product on sales programs and tool rollouts
- Resolve critical operational issues and align sales operations with Glean’s GTM strategy
- Scale sales operations deliverables including forecasting, reporting, and resource allocation systems
