Responsibilities: Drive execution of M&A strategy, manage cross-functional due diligence, lead integration planning, and act as fractional COO for newly-acquired businesses.
Skills: Experienced in strategy, operations, and program management with merger integration expertise; exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; systems-thinking mindset.
Qualifications: 10+ years in relevant field, with at least 5 years in merger integration; consulting experience preferred; strong emotional intelligence and organizational awareness.
