Hazel Health is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance the adoption and engagement of their school-based healthcare services for K-12 education and healthcare in Orange County, CA. This remote role will involve developing relationships with school staff and driving initiatives to ensure equitable healthcare access for students.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with school partners, facilitating engagement activities, resolving customer issues, and reporting on account health metrics.

Location: Remote work is allowed but candidates must be located in Orange County, CA and may require up to 80% travel for fieldwork.
Compensation: $80000 - $90000 / Annually

The Role:
We are looking for dynamic, empathetic, and action-oriented individuals to join our exciting Customer Success team.
As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful adoption and ongoing usage of Hazel services within the schools Hazel Health serves. You will work closely with the Account Management and Implementation teams to establish an infrastructure for school support. As a Customer Success Manager, you will have hands-on experience working with our school nurses and other health staff, at the forefront of ensuring access to quality healthcare for all students.
