Sr. Enterprise Relationship Manager

Rectangle Health, a leader in healthcare technology, is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strategic relationships with major enterprise clients, focusing on healthcare reimbursement and payer management.

Skills

  • Expertise in healthcare reimbursement and payer relationships, preferably with UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Optum, or Zelis.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic project management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret account health metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple client priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at strategic enterprise accounts as the trusted advisor.
  • Leverage healthcare reimbursement experience to support client success and influence internal strategy.
  • Monitor account metrics such as MRR, transaction volumes, and utilization to ensure ROI and identify risks or opportunities.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales to transition them.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client support.
  • Serve as a client advocate and streamline communication across internal teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to maximize platform value for clients.
  • Collect and relay client feedback for continuous product and service improvements.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
