Responsibilities
- Rapidly build and launch MVPs using low-code/no-code tools to solve operational challenges in real-time.
- Analyze data with SQL, BI tools, and spreadsheets to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Design and streamline workflows and tools for local operating teams to enhance care delivery.
- Launch, measure, and iterate on new products, processes, and pilots to drive operational excellence.
- Establish clear reporting and monitor the impact of initiatives continuously.
- Translate projects into measurable improvements in operational efficiency and business outcomes.
