Description
Our Mission: We unite for Idaho’s youth by offering accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience.
So, who are we? Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the largest and oldest non-profits in Idaho. Since 1953, Idaho Youth Ranch has provided healing and hope for Idaho’s kids. We use proven therapies and programs to help kids who have experienced loss or adversity transform childhood trauma into hope. We offer a statewide network of services to kids 9–24 years old and their families, including outpatient therapies, residential care, adoption services, and career readiness. These services are supported by statewide network of thrift stores that contribute a significant portion of the funds needed to support our services.
How will you impact our mission?
We are looking for a mission-driven, strategic, and experienced non-profit leader to have a profound impact on the lives of Idaho’s youth and families and the future of Idaho Youth Ranch as an organization.
