The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with external partners to further the talent acquisition and retention goals of the organization. In addition to managing a team of specialty recruiters, the Talent Acquisition Manager ensures employment brand integrity across the system in centralizing all recruiting marketing and advertising efforts. Responsible for planning and overseeing all recruitment and retention activities, events, and functions in fulfillment of the talent acquisitions and retention plan.
