Responsibilities
- Own and adjust company-wide hiring plans partnering with finance and department leads.
- Design and lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, go-to-market, and administration functions.
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruiting team including sourcers and coordinators.
- Develop scalable processes for sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Train and coach hiring managers to improve hiring outcomes and reduce bias.
- Create hiring resources such as scorecards, rubrics, and FAQs for consistent decision-making.
- Partner with Marketing and People teams to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
