Knight Aerospace is a dynamic and forward-thinking company, committed to innovation and excellence. Our CEO is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support and contribute to the smooth functioning of our executive office.

Key Responsibilities

· Executive Support:

o Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

o Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.

o Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

o Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

o Hold weekly meetings with the CEO to review and discuss any relevant information.

· Administrative Tasks:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters related to the CEO.

o Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

o Prepare and process expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.

o Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.

· Project Coordination:

o Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.

o Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of cross-functional projects.

o Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning.

· Office Management:

o Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring necessary resources are available and well-maintained.

o Coordinate with facilities management for office maintenance and other logistical needs.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an administrative support role, with a focus on supporting Senior Executives.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
