- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding processes including documentation, scheduling, and orientation logistics
- Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
- Serve as a primary contact for employee questions, benefits, and HR support
- Help implement HR policies, procedures, and internal documentation
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives such as events, recognition programs, and surveys
- Ensure a consistent, professional, and people-first HR experience
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Handle administrative HR tasks with strong attention to detail
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional HR-related training or certifications are a plus
