Responsibilities
- Drive and manage cross-functional business growth initiatives and experiments collaborating with Product, Analytics, GTM, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to uncover insights, measure experiments, and recommend scalable business and product growth solutions.
- Lead end-to-end product rollouts including scope definition, team alignment, delivery, and post-launch evaluation.
- Independently manage projects from discovery to execution by translating ambiguous problems into actionable tasks.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships across multiple functions to support Motive's growth trajectory.
- Translate operational actions into measurable business value focused on generating new Annual Recurring Revenue.
- Engage regularly with stakeholders in Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and GTM leadership.
Education
- 2–4 years post-college experience
- Background in business operations, consulting, banking, or related tech roles
