Account Executive - Nexidia Analytics

NiCE is a global leader in software solutions specializing in customer experience, financial crime fighting, and public safety, seeking an experienced Account Executive for their Nexidia Analytics product portfolio. The role focuses on driving sales through customer collaboration, strategic account development, and advanced product knowledge primarily within the Central or Eastern US time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic initiatives targeted to specific accounts and markets to increase market share.
  • Master and communicate the qualitative business strategies and KPIs of customers.
  • Create account plans aligning Nexidia capabilities with customer goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to present differentiated value propositions.
  • Provide insights to customers to establish credibility and market leadership.
  • Analyze customer business situations to identify gaps and new opportunities.
  • Drive solutions aligned with customer strategy and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Establish and maintain high-level relationships with executive-level customer contacts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for business goal achievement.
  • Achieve annual sales quotas and promote Nexidia trust and reputation.
  • Evaluate competition and leverage Nexidia strengths for maximum advantage.

Education

  • BA or BS degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field from an accredited university.
