Account Executive, New Products

OfficeSpace is a performance-based, PE-backed AI workplace management platform focused on enabling teams to plan, connect, and perform efficiently. They seek an entrepreneurial and motivated Account Executive to launch new AI-driven products, drive sales, and contribute to go-to-market strategies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Skills

  • 3–6+ years of SaaS sales experience in quota-carrying roles.
  • Experience launching new products and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to engage technical and operational buyers at multiple organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft, Slack, Gong, and Zoom.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset and builder mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and introduce early-stage products to the market, starting with Asset Management solutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals within new and existing accounts.
  • Employ creative problem-solving to adapt sales approaches to dynamic buyer needs and non-linear cycles.
  • Conduct deep client discovery to understand pain points and optimize value propositions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams to enhance messaging and positioning.
  • Contribute to sales playbook development including resources, battlecards, and objection handling.
  • Continuously iterate and optimize go-to-market motions through fast learning and team syncs.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not explicitly required.
