Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end AI-powered agentic experiences for product teams to act on feedback at scale
- Lead the advancement of Pulse, the AI-driven customer insights engine
- Own strategy and execution for AI-powered reporting and analytics across the product lifecycle
- Build and refine automated workflows delivering contextual recommendations via intuitive UI
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success for product launches and adoption
- Drive product adoption, gather feedback, iterate workflows, and ensure commercial success
- Align cross-functional teams around product vision and roadmap
- Evangelize industry trends and best practices for AI product development
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field
