Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers.
- Recruit, retain, and efficiently allocate sales resources to maximize performance.
- Achieve and exceed established revenue targets for the sales team.
- Advise sales and product teams on market opportunities, sales positioning, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with Marketing to launch new products and acquire new advertisers.
- Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to align financial and operational targets with strategy.
- Contribute as a thought leader to the overall CPG vertical strategy.
