The Client Relations Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for high-net-worth clients and prospects, delivering an exceptional experience across in-person, phone, and digital interactions. The ideal candidate is professional, warm, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on client service and organizational efficiency.

Requirements
Industry Experience & Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related industry (preferred)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management abilities
Background and Education:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Proven sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills
Technology Expertise:
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and data entry
• Experience using CRM systems and business software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work for extended periods at a desk using a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds if/when necessary.
• Routine use of telephone and email.
• Office-based role with potential travel to conferences, events, and satellite offices as needed.
