Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns including paid search, social media, email, webinars, SEO, and events.
- Build and refine growth playbooks, including HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle nurturing to convert marketing qualified leads into sales qualified leads.
- Collaborate with content marketing to develop campaign assets that address association challenges and showcase Rhythm's value.
- Design and run marketing experiments, track outcomes, and scale successful initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales on campaign planning, feedback, and attribution analysis.
- Develop retention and expansion campaigns with Customer Success to increase customer advocacy and recurring revenue.
- Create reporting dashboards that connect campaign efforts to pipeline, ARR, and ROI.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
