Sales Development Representative

Rhythm is a company dedicated to helping associations deliver excellent online experiences to their members and stakeholders. They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative who can research prospects, engage in multichannel outreach, and generate qualified sales opportunities to drive pipeline growth.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills for concise written outreach and confident phone/video calls.
  • Research skills to identify organizational insights and creative engagement hooks.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with resilience and the ability to incorporate feedback.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and sales enablement platforms.
  • Proficiency using Apple Mac, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Navigator, and video tools like Loom.

Responsibilities

  • Research and segment ideal customer profiles (ICPs) by persona, pain, and triggers.
  • Execute multichannel outreach campaigns including email, phone, LinkedIn, and personalized videos.
  • Articulate Rhythm’s value proposition linked to association challenges.
  • Collaborate with BDR Manager to improve sales tactics and messaging.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timing; maintain detailed records in HubSpot.
  • Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings with Account Executives.
  • Maintain clean and updated contact and prospect data.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is beneficial but not mandatory.
