Responsibilities
- Manage leads through the full sales cycle following proven sales processes
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date CRM pipeline with detailed notes on all interactions
- Use internal tools to manage lead flow, track activity, and support onboarding
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas tied to closed-won revenue or unit goals
- Educate and challenge real estate investors to adopt growth-focused investment strategies
- Collaborate with onboarding, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer experience
- Collect required onboarding materials and ensure accurate client records
- Provide exceptional service to prospects and active clients, nurturing relationships over time
