Responsibilities
- Manage and lead HR coordination for the manufacturing and logistics facility.
- Identify and address employee attrition and retention in partnership with HR peers.
- Lead onboarding and ensure administrative accuracy with benefits and HR systems.
- Provide leadership on associate relations, training, and policy execution.
- Develop programs promoting positive associate relations and union avoidance.
- Consult on employment policy and approve corrective actions including terminations.
- Ensure safety compliance in coordination with Corporate Safety and Security.
- Administer workers compensation and manage corporate projects as directed.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
