Responsibilities
- Oversee finance function including financial planning, reporting, and analysis
- Build and scale finance organization and reporting infrastructure for multi-state growth
- Develop dashboards to provide actionable business insights
- Evaluate growth opportunities including partnerships and mergers & acquisitions
- Lead vendor negotiations and drive financial performance
- Support fundraising efforts and oversee accounting operations through VP of Accounting
- Act as a key thought partner to the CEO and report to the CFO
Education
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
