Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies collaborating across technical teams and suppliers.
- Analyze supply risks and develop mitigation plans for single sourced parts, volatility, and spend.
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.
- Manage the success of New Product Introduction including purchasing, DFM feedback, and cost modeling.
- Issue and track purchase orders ensuring alignment with production plans.
- Resolve purchase order and invoice discrepancies, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Support supplier audits and growth in supply base aligned with sourcing strategy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations including ITAR.
Education
- Advanced degree or bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in engineering or supply chain fields.
