Position Summary:
The Senior Analyst, Sales Operations plays a strategic role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the sales organization. This individual is responsible for delivering critical reporting, analytics, and operational support to enhance sales performance, improve profitability, and streamline processes. With a strong foundation in data analysis and business intelligence tools, the Senior Analyst will manage performance metrics, maintain pipeline visibility, support contract evaluations, and lead initiatives to optimize territory design and quota setting. In addition to technical expertise, this role requires effective cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT to align systems, reporting, and strategy in support of organizational goals.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at transforming data into actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency across the sales team.
