Responsibilities
- Champion design excellence and align UX standards across the organization.
- Collaborate with UX leads to ensure quality and consistency across product areas.
- Simplify complex problems and improve usability in the Kokai platform.
- Translate ambiguous problems into actionable design opportunities using systems thinking.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and Data Science to shape roadmaps and validate designs.
- Contribute to the unified design system, Harbor, promoting quality and consistency.
- Lead design critiques, mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
